Empowering Women to Lead in Tech and Entrepreneurship

Breaking barriers and creating opportunities for girls and young women in Nigeria's technology sector. Through comprehensive training, mentorship, and career support, we're building a future where women thrive as tech innovators and entrepreneurs.

Applications Open: November 17, 2025

Why TEAM Initiative?

Many girls and young women in Nigeria have the interest and potential to build careers in technology. Yet, the road is filled with challenges that make it difficult for them to take the first step.

Gender bias is one of the biggest challenges. From childhood, many girls are encouraged to pursue traditional careers while boys are pushed toward science, technology, and leadership roles. The goal of TEAM Initiative is to encourage more women to get involved and not see technology as a masculine career.
